Tai Chi is an ancient martial art form consisting of gentle flowing, low impact movements known to improve strength, stamina, stability and coordination’s well as enhancing mental focus, inducing relaxation and relieving stress.

Adapted Tai Chi is taught by health care professionals, keeping the principals of traditional Tai Chi and selecting and modifying movements and postures to best maintain fitness, agility and balance, especially as we age.

Treat yourself to this 30 minute lunchtime Adapted Tai Chi movement experience with Susan Fraser our Physiotherapist.

Make that time to enjoy being present; being body aware; exercising gently; and gain the health benefits from this popular and evidence based activity.

Participants should be able to stand and move freely for the class, but a chair can be used for support if required.

Join us for our Thursday lunchtime 30 minute 12.10pm class! With only 16 spaces available - join at any point with your own particular 6-week block beginning on the first Thursday following confirmation of your booking or arrange a start date by emailing Dawn on classes@corefitnessstudios.co.uk. Please give us at least 24 hours notice of your first class! If there are no spaces available upon booking please email Dawn.

Participants can take the 6 classes over up to 9 weeks, and request 2 class changes/postponements if needed in the 9 weeks. Class change request to be received by email before Sunday noon prior to the scheduled class, all for £36.
