Maya Marsh

PILATES

After nearly 2 years of training with us, Maya qualified to teach Mat Pilates in 2023. She now teaches our Friday classes.

Growing up, Maya didn’t find physical activities held much enjoyment for her. Although upon joining her 3 children during their swimming clubs weekly land training sessions, she found something she enjoyed - the land sessions were actually Pilates, run by our very own Susan!

Maya was captured and began her journey of discovery with Corefitness Studios.

Her classes are accessible and inclusive, with a purpose of introducing and moving participants through a discovery of their core and strengthening their bodies in a relaxed atmosphere.

Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Mat Pilates - YMCA/ HFE (Health and Fitness Education)
