LIVE ONLINE STUDIO CLASSES - since 2021 & still running

We offer a 6-week live online studio class package where you’ll be able to follow your favourite classes from the comfort of your own home. You can join at any point - your initial class (week 1) will be the first class at your chosen day/time following your booking and will run on to include a further 5 weekly classes thereafter, this includes the flexibility of attending another class that week if you cant make your normal class time & you can postpone up to 2 times asking to move your class forwards a week if you tell us by the preceding Sunday 12 noon. You can extend your 6 weeks to be taken over upto 9 weeks if you let us know the dates by email upon booking too.

 

Susan and Dawn will be in the Corefitness Studio working out with you over an online ‘Zoom’ link. You can join us from home at the following times: 

Mornings:

STUDIO CLASS (Susan) - Monday 9.30am & Thursday 9.30am

STUDIO CLASS (Dawn) - Mondays 8am & Wednesday 9.30am

CHAIRS (Susan) - Tuesday 11.30am & Thursdays 11am

BEGINNERS CLASS (Dawn) - 1st week at Wednesday 11.15am, then on Wednesday at 11.45am from week 2.

GENTLE CLASS (Dawn) - Wednesday 11.45am

Evenings:

STUDIO CLASS (Dawn) - Monday 6pm

STUDIO CLASS (Susan) - Wednesday 7pm

SHORT N SWEET Combo - Two 30 min videos perfect for when you prefer a shorter workout. Balanced Pilates classes both designed to hit a sweet spot !

LONG N SHORT Combo - Each combo includes 2 workout videos - one from a previous Online Class programme which is the long video, approx 55mins & a shorter 30 minute video for when you require a shorter option

  • Long N Short Combo 1 -LONG is Susan with a Band programme & SHORT is Dawn with an alternative sequence with a Band.

SERIES 1, 2 & 3 -Each series includes a total of 6 workout videos which are split up into 3 lots of 2 videos released on a bi-weekly basis, or together if you prefer

  • Series 1 -Body Balance, Hip Opening & Pelvic Stability.

  • Series 2 -Breathing; Isolated Movements & Coordination.

  • Series 3 -Flowing Movements, Stretch +Tone & Mobilise.

40 MINUTES -individual videos, each a complete and balanced Pilates programme, with an invitation for you to focus on a particular element as you work each muscle group. Choose your present challenge! - Lengthening or Super Sets. NEW Hip Focus now available.

FUNDAMENTALS VIDEO - for beginners, returners or anyone who would like to work gently or revisit the basics

With your own kitchen chair!

Originally intended as an alternative to our Hydro classes, a wide range of people will find that this kind of exercise proves to be very beneficial, especially those who find floor based exercise is not for them. Many individual movements are similar to those we use in the hydropool but without the palaver of having to travel there, get changed, get dried afterwards and then head off back home. So don’t be chary (forgive the pun!) - do joining us. You can even do this in the privacy of your own kitchen if you want!

You can book a 6-week block at any point with your Week 1 simply starting 11.30am on the Tuesday following the date when you book. Be you male or female, short or tall, younger or older, tell your friends because this is both effective and fun!

Our Chairs Online Video is available for you to enjoy a class with Susan whenever you wish. Stream, pause and replay your class anywhere you have internet access and a Chair!

Adapted Tai Chi - online class

Tai Chi is an ancient martial art form consisting of gentle flowing, low impact movements known to improve strength, stamina, stability and coordination’s well as enhancing mental focus, inducing relaxation and relieving stress.

Adapted Tai Chi (ATC) is taught by health care professionals, keeping the principals of traditional Tai Chi and selecting and modifying movements and postures to best maintain fitness, agility and balance, especially as we age.

Take some time with Susan in a class to enjoy being present; being body aware; exercising gently; and gain the health benefits from this popular and evidence based activity.
