'CHAIRS' Live Online Class - 6 for £30

Join us with your chair for a regular Tuesday morning 11.30am class lead by our Physiotherapist Susan Fraser. You can book this class at any point with your own particular 6-week block beginning on the first Tuesday following confirmation of your booking. Please try to give us at least 24 hours notice though.

6 classes for £30 with lots of flexibility - 6 classes which can be used over up to 9 weeks if you let us have your dates by email just after booking. The Zoom link will be sent the preceding Sunday 12 noon. You can also postpone your class for a week if you email your request by Sunday 12 noon. To participate you need to be fit and able enough to do exercises which includes feeling steady when balancing on one foot whilst holding onto a stable dining/kitchen chair. If you like the class, make sure you tell your friends!

After purchase you will receive a Zoom invitation link to the online class via email, these are normally sent on Sunday for the following week.
